Nick kleer
NICK GREW UP IN SOUTH AFRICA, SPENDING NEARLY EVERY SCHOOL HOLIDAY IN THE KRUGER NATIONAL PARK OR EXPLORING GAME RESERVES ACROSS SOUTHERN AFRICA WITH HIS FAMILY. ONE OF HIS MOST VIVID CHILDHOOD MEMORIES WAS SPOTTING HIS FIRST LEOPARD AT THE AGE OF SIX—A MOMENT THAT SPARKED A LIFELONG PASSION FOR BIG CATS.
After university and a brief stint in the corporate world, he quickly realized that his heart belonged in the wild, not in a city office. Sixteen years later, his fascination with nature and its incredible creatures remains as strong as ever. He has been fortunate to experience unforgettable moments in the wild and even luckier to turn his passion into a career.
In 2019, Nick transitioned from lodge-based guiding to leading wildlife tours across Africa, India, Brazil, Chile, and Alaska, with new destinations constantly being added. His greatest motivation is sharing his love for wildlife and helping others experience the magic of the natural world.
Conservation plays a vital role in his work. Through his efforts, he contributes to protecting endangered species and restoring wild spaces. He is committed to fostering a deeper understanding of nature’s intricate connections and supporting sustainable initiatives to preserve them for future generations. His mission is simple: to inspire others to fall in love with nature just as he did and to give back to the planet by helping restore land and secure a future for wildlife.
He invites others to join him on this journey.
